#letsgrowtogether
To celebrate a year of #letsgrowtogether workshops for children at Caerphilly Miners Centre, we have released a seasonal recipe e-book inspired by what the children have planted across the seasons. All recipes for our project have been provided by Mikey Bell.

Mikey Bell (@immikeybell) is a Brand Marketing Manager and food writer based in Cardiff. His recipes have been featured in magazines such as Buzz, Quench, Blasus, the Western Mail and he has also been featured in BBC Good Food magazine, Buzzfeed and the Love Food/Hate Waste 'Completing' campaign. Mikey has written three e-cookbooks which are available to download on his website - www.mikeyandthekitchen.com and he is currently writing his first cookbook.
We hope this e-book inspires you and your families to get cooking in the kitchen with vegetables.
