The Elderberries
Tuesdays

The Elderberries are an over 60's social group who meet every Tuesday afternoon, 1.30-3.30pm at our Centre to take part in an organised activity or to watch a film. They invite speakers, play games, have quizzes, crafts, musical sessions and have a good chat over a cuppa.

Activity and Cinema Club
The Elderberries are an over 60's social group who normally meet every Tuesday afternoon, 1.30-3.30pm at our Centre to take part in an organised activity or to watch a film as part of our Cinema club.​
Since the pandemic we've organised activities online by holding weekly Zoom meetings. This has been a godsend for our members despite the issues of being digitally challenged! We've also managed to run a few hybrid activities from our Centre such as Chair exercise classes. To prevent isolation we ran a buddying service to keep members in touch with each other via phone calls.
